Bro,
I am quite disturb by what the writer says. He does not know the experiences beyond the svc. I think it is a bit hasty to cast it into the stone just by attending a few svc or even bad personal experiences. Beside by saying "trying to save a soul from darkness" I kinda guess he is already bias to start with. If that is the case anything good will seem to have an evil purpose behind it. ...sigh...
If you have a pre-existing bias, anything evil will seem to have a good purpose behind it
