That in many of our neighbouring countries where corruption is rife, they are asking for more bribes to let goods through, let vehicles go for speeding etc...

When stopped by bribe-hunters, I recommend chewing on a KitKat in a slow and leisurely manner while talking to him. Throw in an ice-cold drink, preferably in a can, dripping with condensate for effect.
