This photo, taken in Paris was part of the reason the city was coined the most romantic city in the world. It shows a pair of lovers, in a seemingly spontaneous kiss in the streets.
It is a goodbye kiss, but not a farewell kiss. It says I'll miss you, will be thinking of you, and will be longing till the next time we meet, kind of kiss.
The original of the photo was recently sold by the lady in the kiss. Apparently, the kiss was posed and the photographer did send a signed copy to the couple a few days after. I think, even after finding out that it wasn't a 'natural' kiss, it still doesn't take away the magic of it. I guess we humans are all the same - looking and holding on to the notion of romance.
