so the 3 new boys in the company are you new responsibilities. and your new responsibilities landed on your lap. doesn't that therefore, logically, mean that the 3 new boys are... on your lap?
heavy workload? maybe you can give some of your load to the three new boys in your lap... if it doesn't go down well with them, you can spank them...
